Today’s conversation is a topic I have wanted to cover for a long time, especially as I support men with their journey into self love and sexuality. Well, I finally found the right person to discuss all things related to porn and sex addiction. Today I have the pleasure to speak to Craig Perra, a man who is transforming the lives of men struggling with sex and porn addiction through The Mindful Habit® System, a program created by Craig.
Craig openly shares of his background, how he used porn and other sexual behaviors to escape, numb, and cope. Despite these problems, he managed to create a very successful career in business and law. But, he had a secret and this secret was destroying his life because he was so consumed with sex. He hit rock bottom and in this rock bottom, he made the decision to turn his life around.
Craig is incredibly passionate about his work and knowing that he has created a program that works. He is giving back the lives to men who have tried everything, empowering them to break free of compulsive sexual behaviour.
He speaks about habits and this being a big part to recovery. His habits, that he used to define as being a disease, Craig learnt they was serving a purpose. All those bad habits were meeting his needs in his life. What he teaches men to do, is meeting their needs in a healthy and constructive way - the system he has created.
